Description
These beautiful Moonstone earrings are made from sterling silver and 12mm faceted moonstone cushions. The moonstones are a delicate pale grey with faint flashes of blue. They are faceted on both sides and set into open bezels so the facets catch the light from both sides. They can also be worn the other way round for a slightly different look.
I have hammered, domed and oxidised long silver teardrops to give them a good contrast to the dreamy pale grey of the gemstones. They have a drop of approximately 7cm.
Moonstone is renowned for its ability to soothe and balance emotions. It is also thought to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote emotional healing, making it a valuable ally during times of emotional turmoil or transition.
